The fifth President of Ukraine and leader of «European Solidarity» Petro Poroshenko, along with volunteers from the NGO «Sprova Hromad», will hand over a batch of equipment worth over UAH 26 million to defenders.
This was reported by the political party’s press service.
Warriors defending the Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Zaporizhzhia directions will receive 10 laundry-shower complexes, 2 Foden trucks capable of transporting oversized cargo, 3 new excavators produced by the domestic company TDC, and 27 ATVs for evacuating the wounded from the battlefield or conducting rapid and unexpected assaults on the enemy.
Poroshenko mentioned that a Foden truck can lift up to 18 tons of cargo within 90 seconds, whether it’s a container, an armored fighting vehicle «Gvozdika», or an excavator.
The excavators will be used for fortification construction.
Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Poroshenko’s aid to the Armed Forces of Ukraine has exceeded UAH 5.4 billion.
